By creating an account, accessing, or using Project Chroma, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant Project Chroma a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical formatting), display, perform, and distribute that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

Project Chroma responds to good-faith claims of copyright and IP infringement. If you believe content infringes your rights, submit a notice using the in-product report flow and/or by email to support@project-chroma.com with:

Project Chroma may remove or disable reported content while reviewing claims. Counter-notices may be accepted where applicable law permits.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Project Chroma may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

Project Chroma may investigate reports and enforce these Terms at its discretion, including warnings, content removal, feature limits, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. We may preserve and disclose information where required by law, court order, or to protect users, rights holders, or platform integrity.

Users can report suspected violations using in-product reporting tools in Settings and by email at support@project-chroma.com.

Project Chroma may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal risk, abuse, fraud, or security concerns.

10. Disclaimers

Project Chroma is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Chroma and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits/reputation arising from use of the service or user content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Project Chroma and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

Project Chroma may update these Terms. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
